Home Loans

There is no reason to pussyfoot around your upcoming home loans - stand tall, take action thee Texas way. You can take total control of your home finances when you know what out there, how rates are affecting your monthly payments, and how predatory lenders are affecting you rates.

Playing with home loans
There will be lenders, bank, and mortgage folk who will try to take advantage of you. There are a thousand and six ways to make your home loans unnecessarily expensive, and when you know what to look out for you'll save yourself from a world of hurt:

look out for lenders offering you the absolute lowest rates. Anything less than competitive and they are probably hiding something - high fees, future rate increases beyond your control.
make sure your home loans have refinancing opportunities attached to them at every point. Lenders are not obliged to provide you with an opt-out. or even a prepayment plan. If you fall into a mortgage and you are stuck, its your own fault, Texas Home Mortgage Rates is telling you loud and clear - be sure you have a refinance option!
Don't believe people who can tell you they'll help you save thousands on your home loans by giving you tricks to the trade. These tricks are nothing more than payment strategies you can easily do on your own - for free. The bi-weekly pay cycle is such an example - lenders will tyry to charge you extra for paying half your mortgage every two weeks and telling you that only with their program can you prepay your mortgage and save cash. Bull-crap! You can do that on your own and use that $1000 or whatever they're chargin and buy something nice for yer sweetie pie .

Again, there are a bunch of ways people will try to take you on a ride with your home loans, and you can't let them. Your home is your home and you should expect the best, but you should also expect hard work and no easy answers.
